I guess this counts as an event, but this will take weeks. City purge is here, yes you hear me say it time and time again. We get to rebuild our city guys. Sure its beautiful as is 
but its been this way for over 3 yrs now.
Please have a house for each of your characters. At least one so we can declare them as a resident of the city. This is how we keep city rank that allows us our shuttle and many other nice things.
List an idea of how many houses, guild halls, etc you plan on placing in the city. Let's really come up with something cool again. Id like to hear your ideas.
Keep in mind:
- Faction bases, turrets, yes? no?
- garage must be by shuttle, (impulse fix)
- City hall itself cannot be moved
- I have enough parks, all sizes, shapes, lights, we can do anything
- we live by the beach man, what can we do with that?
- be sure to include a big open area for meetings and player quests, races, etc
