Storyteller is a new system that allows players to place decorations, effects and even combat NPCs in ways that have previously only been available to the Events Team. The goal is to give players a powerful set of tools to help enhance their in-game roleplaying stories and community events.

- Storyteller vendors spawn at the entrance to theaters in NPC cities
- Storyteller Tokens last 16 hours once placed unless it's an "Instant" effect
- Storyteller Tokens NOT USED will stay in inventory forever until used or destroyed
- Storyteller objects may not be moved further than 128 meters from their creation location
- Storytellers may now invite other players to be their assistants
- Storyteller props and npcs placed by an assistant are part of the story of the storyteller they are assisting
- Assistants can help move existing props or setup existing npcs
- A storyteller can invite their guild to their story by using "/inviteToStory guild"
- If a player is in someone's story, examining them will provide the storyteller's name
- Storyteller Npcs will be stationary on creation. They may be toggled between stationary and loitering
- Storyteller can determine what each npc drops for loot
- When using "Instant" or "persisted effect," an NPC or Storyteller object MUST be targeted (cant target players, non story NPC, bikes etc. Must target a Storyteller Token Object that is a part of YOUR story
- Tokens are not usable indoors, on multi-player ships, in space or instances, in NPC cities, or on the adventure planets. If you are within a player city you will need zoning rights to use your tokens
- Once a prop or NPC has been placed, you can use the "Examine" command from the radial menu to see how much time that object has remaining before it disappears
