Little late to mention this but here it is.
The Dirge song available, from this event (Max Rebo Song book), can only be learned by an entertainer, however, like any other entertainer songs/dances that are learned by any means other than leveling, you will retain the ability to play/dance them even if you respec to something other than entertainer.
Their is a dance and a song learnable by going to the musty cantina and talking to a couple NPCs by any entertainer of significant level. There is at least one more that you can learn like this, and retain after a respec, however it is an entertainer quest that I've yet to do.
Sure, this isn't really vital information, however, it is pretty nifty, and just one of those things for folks who like to do it just because they can.
