Everyday, we see acts of stupidity, players being pricks, beggers wanting you to play the game for them, players that drive you so crazy you want to hunt them down drag them into the street and beat them with a cain till they turn colors no human should ever be.... anyway, now is not the time to think of those moments. This week, we will honor the truely great players, those people we see everyday in-game that have only short lived moments of glory, few and far between, before they go back to their everyday grind. These are the things we want to hear about this week! Post stories of when you have seen your fellow players go above and beyond their normal duties in a group or as a normal upstanding member of Bria.
The "winner" of this "contest" will have the person in the story paraded around tatootine wearing our special hot pink "I am special" hat so that everyone can bath in the glory that is greatness! Okay, not exactly, but people that go above and beyond what they are required to do should be thanked, and mentioned. Nows the time to give these players the honor they deserve.
(Disclaimer: All stories must be about other's moments of glory, no posting stories about yourself, if your the only one that thought you were doing that good then you possiably were not. This is the time to honor OTHERS and that is the theme of the week. Good luck and thanks to all those that keep SWG great.)

Okay, I'm jumping the gun on this "event". To tell a story of a medic, whom fits the idea behind this perfectly.
We were in the Axkva Min Instance, with a group of 3 medics, 3 jedi, an officer, and a smuggler. Should have been a good group yes? WRONG! Some folks just should not be medics. To make a long story short, we somehow manage to get to the final boss. After about 2 minutes, everyone is dead except the 3 medics (two of which are at about 25% action and less life, the 3rd full action and 90% life (WTF)). Out of the three medics, only one has the ability and the intellegence to do a combat rez. Who does he rez? One of the tanks? The officer for DPS? Nope, he rez'd the smuggler. Why? Cloak an Ally FTW. Area rez followed and Axkva Min goes down.
A true moment of brillance on the part of this medic. These are the types of medics we need more of. And although he will most likely never read this, /applaud to Didar, an (at the time of this instance) un-guilded Medic.
And so, while I do not know if this player is good or not, or just another prick, he has his moments of underappritiated glory.
