While scrolling through the forum, during a server crash, I came across this link in the guides section:

Usefull information, however it now has an *Outdated* tag at the header. So, off I go to find out what makes it outdated and found a few links regarding Armor Mitigation, Stat/mod values, DoT mitigation, and some other stuff that I went cross eyed before I could read.

This link is similar to the one above, however seems to be a tad more recent being that it mentions chapter 7 updates. It also goes into a bit more depth on the values for those of us that can't figure out a chart without instructions.

This link is mostly regarding commandos, however, has some interesting information for number crunching regarding armor and DoT mitigation as well as some of the stuff from the first two links.
