Ive looted the knight robes from ns elders and weavers. Looted the Acolyte robes from the dudes in the warren. Farther in the warren are higher lvl troopers. I have yet to test if they drop the lvl 60 robes. Found the lvl 60 robes on elite troopers in bela vistal and tyrena however.
Black sun and the dwb are also good places to get the knight robes.
Best spot for knight robes are on the vette. While up there i saw 5 robes. Ran the rebel rescue mission in 25 mins easy. Spent the rest of the time running around looting like mad.
