In late june it will be the 3 year mark for me in swg. 3 years man, crazy. In this time ive seen the creation of 2 cdeli cities, met the craziest, coolest players in a game, made over 300 mill in credits, partied in every poi in game, created sick ships, killed every boss except that darn ns chick and that dude in blackscale. I've watched 50+ players join the game with a vision, succeed in their vision and move on. I've helped 100's of players with goals and equiptment, I have enough gear to dress and supply everyone.. etc.
In my mind i have beaten SWG. I have everything i want, the coolest wife anyone could have in a game (bless her heart for putting up my sorry butt), items older than players themselves.
I know most of you are in the same boat as me and up to this point in the game. What do you guys want to do now? Im running out of ideas.
Current ideas somewhat in progress:
- fight club
- vader invasion event (csr's)
- city detailing again
- watching jett get his mando armor (im stoked for the guy)
I want to hear what you guys want to do. Ive spent so long setting up the playground and foundation for events, its time to use it.
I ask because you may have noticed that im not in game 24/7 anymore. At my job i work dif hours constantly. Havnt had a chance to sit down and core play in weeks. (i miss you guys
Our guild is not dead, the city is not dead, we are still a sleeping giant that will soon awake.
Some more ideas:
- build another city before they pull the plug on cities in general
- more social gatherings, we still have strangers among us
- form space squadrons and fight each other
- form ground squads and fight each other
